Astrology Consultation Terms & Conditions

By booking a consultation with Inky Stars, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Service

Astrology consultations are offered as a tool for personal insight, reflection, and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological services.

All readings are intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only. I work in a supportive and respectful space. Sessions are intended to feel safe, grounded, and empowering.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the website.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a time slot has been secured.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If I need to reschedule your session, you will be offered an alternative time. Due to the time and energy involved, all sessions are non-refundable once completed. If technical issues occur, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or reschedule.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the consultation will still end at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I cannot extend sessions beyond their allocated slot.

5. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place) where required.

All guidance offered is based on these details, and accuracy cannot be guaranteed if incorrect information is provided.

6. Scope of Guidance

I do not provide:

  • Medical diagnoses or health advice
  • Legal or financial advice
  • Crisis or mental health intervention

Please consult a qualified professional for these areas.

7. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to book a consultation.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and consultation content will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

9. Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded. If recordings are provided, they are for your personal use only and must not be shared or distributed.

10. Results Disclaimer

Astrology offers insight, not certainty. Outcomes and life decisions remain your own responsibility.

11. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if I feel it is not appropriate or if boundaries are not respected.
