Cancellation Policy
If you need to rearrange, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
Because venue hire may be arranged specifically for your appointment, cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be refundable.

Where will we meet?
Usually somewhere in Northumberland or Newcastle upon Tyne. I choose venues that are quiet, comfortable and easy to access, and I'll confirm the location with you after booking.
Can I request a particular town?
Absolutely. I'll always do my best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Do you travel to clients' homes?
At present, consultations take place in agreed public venues or private meeting rooms only.
Is this the same reading as the online consultation?
Yes. The only difference is that we're sitting across the table from each other.
